Baskin-robbins - Staten Island

I just had to give one to this place. I called for a birthday cake last minute and although they need at least 2 days for a proclamation, they could still accommodate me. the cake came nice and delicious. my family was very happy. Thank you!

My favorite baskin robbins. place is immaculate and ice cream always fresh. order cakes for special occasions. susan makes our favorite spumoni . pistachio almonds/screamberries/Java yum

They had ice cream cakes unboxed and out in the open in the freezer that customers can access. Unsanitary, any customer could have handled the ice cream cakes.

The only downside is that it’s somewhat on the outskirts of the city, but the fresh and affordable ice makes it worth the trip. I’ll definitely be back to try some new flavors and maybe enjoy a pint!

I really love this place, and it's all thanks to the owner. She is incredibly humble and very kind. It's not just about getting your order; she genuinely engages in conversation with you. She remembers your name and what you’ve ordered in the past. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the sense of compassion she brings.
