The food is great. I definitely recommend the guac, hummus, burger, calamari and the blackened tuna sandwich. Beautiful view when you eat outside. A variety of drinks on their menu. The staff is also very kind and accommodating. There is complimentary vallet parking. View all feedback.
What ScottM dislikes about Brooks' Deck:
It took a very long time for the food to come out. Service was prompt, although the server was somewhat inexperienced and struggled a little with his English. There are 8 or so beers on tap as well as a rotating tap, but they only had one beer available? How can that be at a restaurant of this caliber. While the American Century Championship was going on, the staff was always smiling. It was wonderful to get out of the heat and sun and enjoy a great lunch.
Tri tip tacos are a must! Juicy and flavorful. Brownie skillet with ice cream with a cappuccino for dessert!
Views of golf course and of course the lake. Bartender was excellent!
Obviously this is a lovely place and we have great memories coming here. Our recent visit was a sign of the times with poor reservation experience, poor service and very average food delivered several times incorrectly. Given the prices and reservations commitment required you just expect better all round service from end to end but it's clear they just don't value their customers any more.
We had a good time at Brook’s. We didn’t stay at the hotel but wanted to check out the food and view. If you’re looking for super tasty food, this might not be the place. You pay for the view and the name. Our server was great, very helpful and fun, however like I mentioned before the food is not big deal. We got the calamari, it tasted a little burnt. My husband got the trio tacos, they were ok. And I got the burger, which I had super high expectations about it but meh… the drinks were tasty, manhattan and old fashioned were very well made and tasty if you wanna go just for drinks.
