Delicious food! Amazing views! You have the sweetest presentation of Hot Tea!! I had the Bagel and Lox and also ordered The Cuban-, because if it is on the menu, I will get it! The Cuban was their version with meat buds that were not cut so much. The bagel and ox was delicious- perfect amount of salmon and cream cheese View all feedback.

We had amazing service and the food was really good! I had the avocado toast and she Sautéed tomatoes and had a few microgreens with mushrooms and eggs. We had the Fritten and Cheese Curds with airlines. My friend had the scallops and they were amazing. The hotel is absolutely stunning with magnificent views!
The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the Halibut was tasteless. It looked really good, but had zero taste. At least it definitely lacked salt. It was the poorest fish I ever had. To be a nearly $50 dish, it should have been perfect. We also had the lobster Tagliatelle who was amazing! The Burrata and the delicate Carpaccio were also really good. Can't go wrong with her cocktails. They were all great.
The property Edgewood itself is absolutely stunning. Add the mountain modern architecture of the resort itself and you are absolutely in the tranquility that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. The bistro in Edgewood is no exception. If you are looking for a delightful culinary experience, don't look further. This is one of the more expensive restaurants, but I think it is worth it. We got the sea-red ahi to start both the Alaska-Holibut and the lobster Tagliatelle. All three were cooked to perfection and delicious. Intestine I say the Tagliatelle was the best pasta I've ever had. Edgewood is a must when you visit Lake Tahoe. Enjoy!
We went to the Bistro many times, booked a reservation each time as gets booked up fast. Brunch and dinner were awesome, recommend the fish dishes the most, especially sea bass and lobster pasta. Advertised as casual/fine dining but think more on the finer side.
