With lim... read more We were really looking forward to our dinner, however we were dissapointed. The concept of the food and menu (lobster special) was creative and modern. With limited variation in flavor profiles and/or poorly executed dishes only a 1 or 2 dishes standed out. The desert were not good at all. Service was friendly, however not efficient and with mistakes not worthy of a 1 star restaurant. Only the price was Michellin Star restaurant worthy

I had the wine package and it was good....Only surprised that white wine was served with the cheese. the personal had some problems explaining in English every court, but they tried their best.

The service was fantastic wi... read more I ate here with my parents, husband, and young baby. There were few other customers and they were very accommodating with the baby. The service was fantastic with great wine recommendations. The food was fun, interesting, and delicious. They were very accommodating of dietary restrictions...with one gluten free and one vegetarian in the group. Aubergine is well deserving of the Michelin star and probably working on a second star. The only thing missing is that the ambiance is pleasant, but nothing unique. Be ready to spend quite a bit, but the experience was worth it.
