What Derik Austin Matthews doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
I went and ate here first time and the service was fine. Restaurant was clean enough however whenever I ordered my roast beef sandwich apparently they do not serve Au jus sauce because the attendant had no idea what I was talking about. Sat ate thesandwich which was bland. There was funny signage throughout the restaurant that was entertaining to read. I will give themprops on the bathrooms they were extremely clean...
