The food took an incredibly long time to arrive; in fact, our appetizers came out at the same time as our main courses. We also didn't receive any drink refills during our visit. To top it off, our bills were all mixed up.

It took 45 minutes just to take our drink order, despite the restaurant only being about 15% full, and we waited another 45 minutes to receive our check.
