My fiance and i walked in 01/28/2022 9:35pm we were told that yall had already closed. It clearly states on the open sign in the widow that yall close at 10pm friday saturday night. I also a buisness in Starkville Ms. We never turn customers away they can show up as we are locking the doors were going to let them in and serve them. Because customer service comes 1st. What my wife and I witnessed tonight at your Starkville Ms location was pure pathetic customer service. The customer was defentley not valued at all. The lady standing at the front when we walked in was very rude and unprofessional, asked if we had a callin order as soon as we walked threw the door i responded no ma'am as my wife started towards bathroom the lady turned to her said our bathrooms have already been cleaned and they are closed we just closed 10mins ago so i asked why the sign said 10pm she informed me that they stop taking orders at 9:25 so they could clean and leave by 10pm. Which is totally absurd. I will not be returning to this place again because how rude your employees are. Who ever the owner is needs to start looking for a new manager because the person that is running it now is just there DRAW A CHECK and DONT GIVE A DANG ABOUT THE CUSTOMER NOR THE SERVICE THAT THE CUSTOMER GETS! FYI fix the dang lights in the parking lot. Thats not safe at all!
They scammed my card. AGAIN. I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt a mistake had been made the 1st time. NOPE. I wonder how much money they are scamming. I don't make enough money to leave an $50 tip. Lesson learned.
Delicious watermelon margaritas. I had the quesadillas rellenas with chicken. Everything was fantastic.
The service is amazing. Once seat the servicer is right there to take your order.
