I wanted iced tea but was told it wa... read more The food was good, but the service was disappointing. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I wanted iced tea but was told it wasn't ready yet, and the Coke machine ran out of ice. Then I had to wait another 5 minutes at the counter just to get some pepper. Frustrating experience—definitely won’t be back!

I went with my grandfather to place an order, and the cashier just stared at us without doing anything while her manager dealt with a technical problem. There was no greeting or any polite interaction; she seemed genuinely unhappy. I don’t mind her attitude, but it took them 15 minutes just to take our order and serve the food, whereas the drive-thru was moving quickly. Honestly, if I hadn’t been with my grandpa, we would have said something. Overall, I was very unimpressed. If you don’t enjoy working at KFC, maybe you should reconsider your job.
