Food was excellent and that is the highlight of this place. It is a tad spendy and the menu is limited. Basically burgers, sandwiches, and appetizers. It is located at a great spot along the crow wing river next to a park and camping. Has some coolold school video games to play. The inside including the tables and bathrooms are definitely dated to say the least. But yourcoming here for the food.

Wonderful little place for a fish fry. It takes me backs to the ambience of Ash River when I was a kid, cute little bar grill type set up with pool tables arcade games on one end, a bar on the other dining in the middle with a view of the river outfront some great fried food. We go over specifically for the fish fry on a Friday night, all ya can eat, which they ya getmore than ya can eat, generally speaking, on the first plate, but... In the summer it's also a great place to do a weekend, ifyou are camping across the street at Cottingham campground to bring the gang over to go tubing or to play pool, grab a cold one, good burger, before you head to the pig races, stop several times. The owner is a very friendly guy, he runs the tubes in thesummer as well. Heck of a place.

Wahoo Valley is a fantastic spot, as always. We recently brought my mother-in-law from her care facility—her first outing in eight months. Mary has been a regular there forever, and I’ve been coming with her daughter for six years now. Whatever you choose from the menu, it’s always served hot and tastes excellent. The beer is ice-cold, and the owner and their family are some of the best people you’ll meet. The restaurant sits by the river, where they rent tubes for a stunning float down the water. Right across is a lovely campground as well. At 68 years young, I truly enjoy coming here. There aren’t many places I feel this way about. Steve from Park Rapids, MN
