I'm not sure what their role is, as they clearly don't know how to interact properly with patrons. There was another staff member who was very friendly and eager to help, but the owner shouted at him, preventing him from assisting me. After a long day, I found this experience quite frustrating.

The food was so terrible that I ended up throwing my sandwich in the trash. I will never try anything from the Subway menu again.

The staff, particularly the women working there, were very lacking in both their greetings and overall service. If you're searching for a good sandwich, I strongly advise you to avoid this Subway location.
