It is a great place for those looking for vegan choices and fresh food. Guests can create their own custom plate with a choice of basic proteins and sides. The basic options include brown rice, white rice, or a green salad with sesame dressing. The standard proteins are usually 2 skewers, but I was able to request 2 sweet skewers and 1 tofu skewer instead. Additionally, there are veggie skewers and plantain cakes available. The plantain cakes, known as tostones, may contain gluten unless specified as gluten-free. The menu clearly marks which items are vegan. I tried the chimichurri and the Habanero sauce, both of which were delicious. The Habanero sauce had a good level of spiciness. Other sauces available are variations of these two options. I plan on returning soon to try the curries and Brussels sprouts. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and the service was excellent. The only issue I encountered was regarding the Veg-Skewers, as I was initially told they were not cooked on the same grill as animal proteins, but later witnessed them being prepared together. It remains unclear whether there was a mistake made by the kitchen staff or a misunderstanding from the front counter. Regardless, the skewers are flame-grilled rather than cooked on a flat top.
