I waited 10 minutes as per usual, and I was never even acknowledged. Both team members were obviously busy but they could have said hi welcome in,or are you ordering or picking up? Nothing. Not only is this a trashy store it was a trash experience.

Service at the counter was mediocre at best and the food is some of the worst I've gotten from kfc. Fries have no seasoning and are soggy and the spicy chicken... read more Service at the counter was mediocre at best and the food is some of the worst I've gotten from kfc. Fries have no seasoning and are soggy and the spicy chicken sandwich is the same. Also hardly any sort of sauce on the sandwich.

Great mac andcheese though

I was there about 30 mins ago went through the drive thru ordered my food chicken was rock hard plus I ordered a 3 piece tender on the side it felt like it wasn... read more I was there about 30 mins ago went through the drive thru ordered my food chicken was rock hard plus I ordered a 3 piece tender on the side it felt like it wasn't cooked right felt kinda raw I called them asking for my money back they said I couldn't getit unless I show up in person and bring the food back very unprofessional horrible service and to make it worse no receipt wasgivin to me first time there definitely not going back . Anyone reading this do not go this location no wonder they have a 3.6rating that's horrible.

He just started a great new job and because he?s not yet gotten paid he called and asked me to get him something to eat on his lunch break. I ordered him a meal through the app,received my receipt and confirmation email. He rode his bike from work to pick up his order but the cashier told him they didn?tget the order and was quite rude to him. He has a very kind heart and wanted to let it go but I called and asked to speak to themanager. Some guy gets on the phone claiming to be the manager but refused to give me his name or the name of his regionalmanager and told me there was nothing he could do and that I?d have to find out any contact information on my own. He was veryrude, unhelpful and condescending. My son went back to work without anything to eat until later that night when he got off workand could pick up food from McDonald?s I ordered for him. As long as I live I will never do business with ANY kfc.
