The drive-thru line at KFC was incredibly slow. Unfortunately, the quality of the food didn’t make up for the wait. My original chicken was undercooked and doughy inside. The Cinnamon Twists lacked any sugar, and the staff refused to replace them. I won’t be returning, and the menu didn’t meet my expectations.
KFC has reached a whole new level of disappointment. The chicken tasted like it had been leftover from last week and then dunked again in hot grease. All three sides were either incorrect or, in the case of the corn, completely missing. Really unpleasant. The birds seemed to enjoy it, though!
