What Santiago Douglas doesn't like about Varias Restaurant and Conference Centre:
We arrived on Stanthorpes coldest night of the year to find a gorgeous open fireplace in the dining room that was not being used due a flute(chimney) issue! So we were a little on the chilly side of comfort. The menu sounded awesome, the descriptions could've been from a Hatted restaurant! We had dinner here. The service is very good. At the College of Wine Tourism, you always have a good meal and good service. The high school students who are studying Hospitality are attentive, polite and very well trained. The Banca Ridge wines showcased here are good and are sold at reasonable prices.
