Bad service, the woman who served us was so rude, had an employment. had not even a smile on her face. my family brought 3 sandwiches roasted, they were not even warm and hardly a sauce. so disappointed by their young service eating. highly recommended to rent new employees chef

Service is hit and miss, had a particular grumpy girl serve us this morning and my coffee was made wrong. Other times have had good service and coffee.

I bought ham egg Benedict, and I was very disappointed, no sauce at all when it's suppose to be soaked with hollandaise sauce and not even a butter spread, all I was eating was dry bread with ham and half boiled egg, and no taste at all, the egg wasn't even runny.It is a rip off for $7.50, I might as well went to bakery bought a bread roll and bought ham from coles and just put them together and it would be cheaper.

The pastas were so sticky and chewy and the chicken was so hard and overcooked !!! Didn’t taste fresh at all. And the pesto pasta had no pesto flavour whatsoever. I couldn’t even tell it apart from the regular crumbed chicken pasta. I’ve had Soul Origin in other locations and it was so much nicer. Wasn’t the worst thing ever but I’m still quite disappointed :

The salads are always disappointing and don't live up to the standard set by other soul origin's.
