It was qu... read more Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced! Out of the four staff members on duty, only one was making subs, and she appeared to be brand new. It was quite a sight, like she was frozen in place and nobody stepped in to assist her. It took her a staggering 21 minutes to prepare two 8-inch subs, which were disappointing at best. It seemed like she was unsure about the correct amount of protein or meat to put in each sandwich. We ordered a tuna cheese and a #12 sub, but she kept asking us what toppings went on them—five times in total! We ended up reading the ingredients from the menu sign to her. We thought it would be a better choice than waiting forever in a drive-thru for a greasy burger, but it turned out to be just as frustrating.
