eating was excellent, but the service was almost non-existent. Maybe they were short on that day? we fought for the basics water, salt and pepper, cream and sugar for coffee. when these objects arrived after a few accusations, the meal was wounded. good ambiente and live music during the brunch was a nice note. What User doesn't like about Zepoli:
the service was bad. there was only one lady who served on Mother's Day. she was overwhelmed. we had to wait too long for our food (French toast and rührei). they had no cappuccino. Regular coffee was not good. View all feedback.
Was there for Sunday brunch. Well decorated dining room. Had a live duo playing music which was a nice surprise. The brunch menu was not online. Had the fritita which was great, but slow getting to us. Also had smallish drinks which were a little pricey at $10 each. Pricing was not noted on the menu which was a miss. The room was not that full. Service was a little hit and miss. There was only one server we could see. Also, no bread or toast offered in prelim to entree.
It was our first time there. Two of us had the chicken marsala special. The chicken was very tender. The srimp scampi and burger had by the others was just as good. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The service was impeccable. Our waitress was very up-beat and friendly and accommodated all of our requests....especially the zepoli's for dessert.
Food, ambiance and wait staff were all top notch. Very comfortable scene, with musicians playing on certain days. Would definitely recommend the dining experience to everyone.
TV was playing a soccer game, volume up, no music. Restaurant was completely empty.
The food was surprisingly good for a hotel restaurant. We were pleased with all of our orders and the service was attentive.
