Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Stamford

High praise for the manager on Sat 21-Aug-2021. I saw another customer raise a problem; the manager calmed it while the customer lobbed insulted threats of physical damage to him. I don't know how much they pay him, but it's probably less than he deserves to see that. Kudos for his Composure Professionality.

Visited these Popeyes tonight. Was greeted by a young man named Noel. He was such a wonderful person; from the moment we spoke on the intercom; he let me laugh and was so helpful and friendly. I had really hard in the last few months and this young man reminded me of the good in people. The world could use more young men like Noel. I'd eat here every day when he was there. The best staff will turn off!

I had no problem. The food has been consistent since its opening. The staff is friendly and helpful

Delicious fried chicken. Is so much better than KFC. The cashiers are a little slow, but it's ok.

I went to Popeye to try the chicken since I've actually never tried Popeye's chicken before and figured I'd go check out the new one in town. So, I've given the place 3 stars because I believe they deserve the benefit of the doubt, but here are a few things they need to work on. 1st think I notice is that everyone working there seemed a bit frantic for lack of better words. There weren't many people actually ordering. The gentleman at the counter seemed to be trying to wrangle in the employees as they all where running around all and chattering away. There was one customer who had been waiting for some time for her order. I ordered the 4 piece combo and got my order fairly quickly and the order was what I ordered so there was no problem with that. The soda machine only had diet coke and root beer which after I poured it since it was all they had I realized was also diet. Another thing I noticed is that it seems like they didn't promote their opening as I've driven by a few times and didn't realize they had already opened. All in all there is room for improvement but the quality of food was fine and I do wish them the best of luck and success.
