What Jaren Oberbrunner doesn't like about Dunkin':
I showed my phone to the staff member, but they informed me that I couldn't pay with it. After paying for my drinks, I attempted to scan for rewards, only to receive a smirk and be told that it wasn't possible to connect for those points. A simple refund could have resolved this issue and allowed me to earn the rewards points. This experience demonstrated terrible customer service. View all feedback. What Reality Pavilion likes about Dunkin':
One of the best coffees I've had! I was pleasantly surprised by how great the regular medium coffee tasted. Recently, at other places, the coffee has been watery, as if it had been brewed twice. But this place really delivers on quality. View all feedback.
