It's uncanny how many times my SIMPLE order is WRONG. Just got home from ordering. Large coffee and a bagel with CC. What do I get? A medium coffee and a toasted bagel, NO CC. Great food and service here. Everyone is always so friendly.

Cashier messed up order before me. Took my order. Went back n fourth with customer before me about a frozen coffee. Took two more customers THEN corrected first order, than another customer and THEN my drink gets made. Only cus I had to lie and say my Uber was outside for her to start my drink and not another customers. I waited 15m with only one person I. Front of me. Who was walking out as I put in my order. A man comes out the back and stands there and DOES NOT OFFER HER HELP to now which is like 6ppl waiting. Never going to this location again.
