Finished a long day's walking with a couple of pints in this pub and it was exactly what we wanted. All ales were local, the barman was friendly and happy to chat about any subject under the Sun. I don't recall there being any WiFi, which I welcomed as people in the pub were actually talking to each other! This is how pubs used to be and I loved it. View all feedback.

Evening meal was tapas which we knew so was expected. Had we just walked in for this would not be so pleased. The food itself was fine and unusual flavours. No puddings. Do not agree with the no children rule. Would give a miss in... View all feedback.
I was glad to find a pub after a 5 hour break. it was cozy, open and good beer. very quiet when I came in. likes the old English decor.
Quaint small rural pub, fantastic friendly renter a visit safe worth visiting.
