Interesting clientele most of which seemed to have been enjoying the beverages for several days. Everyone really friendly. Don't go for a meal after 6pm, that's when they stop serving food, and go back onto just drink! Working mans pub with live guitar 50s/60s music on Sunday night. Good local beer. A real local traditional pub selling good quality drinks at a very reasonable price... Food starting 3rd week of August 23.
Proper village pub that is the heartbeat of the community. OK, it's not The Ritz but the welcome and service is on a par.
