The Gardeners Arms

If you want to be accused of being a drug dealer, visit the Gardeners Arms. Just because someone from your group may have been in the bathroom at the same time as you, the owners will make baseless accusations. The landlady was heavily intoxicated and accused a group of 10-15 guys of being junkies or drug dealers because more than one person went to the bathroom during halftime of the England match. It's unbelievable how ridiculous and unprofessional they are.

I had a fantastic experience at this beautiful pub with friendly staff providing service with a smile. Spent a few hours in the spacious beer garden, which also featured a children's play area and a free bouncy castle. The outside bbq area was a great addition and the food was delicious, especially the chili and cheese loaded chips. I highly recommend this place.

We booked The Gardeners Arms for my mum’s wake following the service at the Crem. They did us proud the buffet was fabulous and everything was home made including the roast meat on the sandwiches even the coleslaw was homemade and delicious. We’re definitely going back to try their other food and I’m sure if it’s anything like their buffet’s it will all be delicious. Thanks so much for your help and support at this difficult time

Hubby I had one of the BEST Xmas lunches we 've had. The two courses £19.99 was absolutely delicious..If you haven 't had a meal there yet, we recommend you do, soon! But be prepared the meals are 'huge ' We 've eaten there many times now have enjoyed every meal we 've had..staff are excellent..the atmosphere is great..we 'll done Angela and Ian .. wish you your staff every success for 2024 but we 'll see you Xmas Eve..music night buffet.. My husband and I came after our local was closed. What a fabulous find. The place is beautiful. Lovely decor and so cosy with the wood fire. The welcome was lovely with perfect customer service all throughout visit. Food was exceptional. Home cooked and plentiful . Loved it. My new favourite place to be. Thank you
