What Duy Cao doesn't like about New Palace:
Food is good but the service was subpar. Whole table was out of water asked for more water no one comes back to refill. I’d understand if they’re busy but the servers were walking around to pick up tabs off different tables but don’t have time to service the guest. I guess if you’re coming in a big party they charge gratitude so they don’t care? I’m not sure. View all feedback.
Real Authentic Dim Sum place, everything that we ordered were all good and tasty. Freshly roasted duck was the best and service was also great!
This is an old Chinese restaurant, every weekend, many people who love Chinese food.
I love the food here, not only the dim sum, they also have other yummy foods, like lobster, sea cucumber hotpot, sweet and sour pork chops, pan fried flat noodles. The service there was nice.

We went there on a Sunday for their dim sum service. Staff were all so friendly and very helpful and attentive. Food were fresh and excellent. Great dim sum
