Mcdonald's - Stafford

I usually only have breakfast on Saturday mornings when it's my turn to cook. I like to order either the big breakfast or the egg and cheese biscuit with their coffee. Their coffee is the best I've had from a restaurant. I gave it 3 stars because they often forget my coffee half the time.

I preordered on their mobile app, arrived at curbside just to sit the for 30 mins and still did not receive my order. So I go inside and waited another 15 mins just to speak to someone and almost got skipped over but I refuse to allow that to happen and made my presence known. My order was never made so that meant I had to wait another 5-10 mins for a super simple orderTry another McDonald’s before stopping at this one

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly impatient and presumed that everyone should speak English with an American accent. They did not take any requests for selections, only giving us pickles. When we asked for clarification, they brought us our burgers and promptly ushered us out the drive-through window before we could address our concerns. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I ordered a big breakfast with an extra order of bacon, which is 2 more discs. when I come home and started my order, they only put 2 and 1/2 slices of bacon in it! but I've accused myself of two more. look at the size of the eggs they are shrunk from their normal size of pastness. the line and the adjusters do not check after accuracy and management should monitor this repeated problem.

I ordered 2 hash browns for breakfast and unfortunately they were burnt. They offered to make me a new one but I was not willing to wait, so I left. I will say that the older lady working at the front did her best to take care of everyone in the lobby, but the rest of the staff appeared to be overly busy.
