Contribute FeedbackChuck E. Cheese has undergone significant changes, leaving many long-time patrons feeling nostalgic for its past. The removal of animatronics and the switch to card-based credits have disappointed some families who fondly remember the value of tokens and hours of entertainment. Some visitors report outdated facilities, non-functioning games, and food quality that doesn't always meet expectations. However, others celebrate recent renovations and improved customer service, highlighting enjoyable meals and engaging activities for children. While some locations remain family-friendly with good service and interactive games, others are urging potential diners to consider alternate venues.

The food was delicious and served hot and fresh. However, the staff appeared disinterested and many machines were out of order, with kids climbing on the games. This may have been due to it being a weekday, but it still affected the overall experience. Dining in for dinner cost between $10-20 per person. The food was rated a 4, service a 2, and atmosphere a 2. Recommended dishes are the pizza and wings.
