My first encounter was on an autumn afternoon and... read more I have been to this restaurant on several occasions and never been disappointed the food really is excellent. My first encounter was on an autumn afternoon and we just stopped for coffee and homemade cake and I decided then I would return as the atmosphere, service and views were great. My next visits have been in the summer months where we had lunch or early dinner in fact I was there yesterday enjoying the relaxing atmosphere, enjoying the park and access to the lake for a swim. This villa was donated by a couple to the people of Stäfa so the lawns in front of the restaurant can be used by the public. For me a perfect summer day is to come to this restaurant for a meal and a swim in the lake, fantastic day out. I could imagine the setting would be great for a family celebration or friends getting together.
