Here are clearly professionals at work! At least I can't remember that I've ever eaten such a delicious fish dish (Lachsmedaillons with Wirsing-Curry). Also the dessert recommendation (Westfälische Stippmilch) from the boss was top!Also great are the service and kindness. All the people working there were super courtesy (and very authentic, so without artificially working!)Do not let off the high prices at first glance. What is offered at Blanke is worth every cent. So, this friendly restaurant supports!!! It has had enough to suffer from corona, lack of personnel and energy prices!
