Servers and all the wait staff were excellent (very accommodating of my extra extra wasabi aioli request), food was delicious, there was a live sax player that was perfect (not too loud, great music), highly highly recommend overall. Terrible experience that caused unnecessary stress on a beautiful vacation. OpenTable allowed us to book this reservation even though a) we were not guests at the Ritz and their policy only allows guests to dine and b) the restaurant is CLOSED on tuesdays!! Why were reservations open in the first place on a day the place isn’t open? And why didn’t the restaurant ask if we are guests if that is the policy? Terrible. View all feedback.
