Servers and all the wait staff were excellent (very accommodating of my extra extra wasabi aioli request), food was delicious, there was a live sax player that was perfect (not too loud, great music), highly highly recommend overall. View all feedback.

Terrible experience that caused unnecessary stress on a beautiful vacation. OpenTable allowed us to book this reservation even though a) we were not guests at the Ritz and their policy only allows guests to dine and b) the restaurant is CLOSED on tuesdays!! Why were reservations open in the first place on a day the place isn’t open? And why didn’t the restaurant ask if we are guests if that is the policy? Terrible. View all feedback.
Fabulous food atmosphere!! Would absolutely recommend
It gives me no pleasure to write such a terrible review, but I do not want others to waste their money as well. Aside from a friendly employee who was working as a bus boy, the rest of the staff was very inattentive and absent. We wouldn’t see our waitress for 30-45 minutes at a time nor anyone else to assist us. There was over a 45 minute period where we didn’t have water. And the food took over an hour to come out. This in itself is completely understandable on a busy night but in the interim, there was no one to stop by to inquire about another glass of wine or refill water or to even say the kitchen is slammed. Nor was anyone else receiving their meals in this timeframe so we have no idea what was happening. The meal was disappointing. Our pad Thai tasted nothing like pad Thai but rather as if microwave sweet and sour sauce had been dumped all over it. I wish someone else would have told me to go elsewhere.

We really enjoyed the stunning ocean views from the outdoor seating. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We would definitely return!
The Ritz Carlton is currently closed due to the hurricanes. We arrived there but were unfortunately turned away.
