Every time I order breakfast food. .. it gets screwed up. Today, ordered hash potatoes with my breakfast sandwiches.... naturally, paid for them, and they weren 't in the bag when I got to work.... unbelievable View all feedback.

Not sure if the pretzel bagel comes with salt on it because this was my first time eating at Tim Hortons but it was alright I would have gotten a different bagel if I would have known it didn't have a little bit of salt on it. The service was alright they were a little slow but at least they were nice and didn't mess up my order. We had 4 different sandwiches and all tasted alright but one of the biscuits and bagels were a little over toasted. I'm not sure if I'll be back unless if its to try some dessert.
Very slow. Employees aren't sure what they're doing most of the time.
None any more in Syracuse. Really nice to enjoy some of their coffee!
Never get order right, does not know the difference between sugar and substitutes. Any food items are not available, eggs are disgusting. Only good thing is the drive through in the morning is rarely backed up.
