Mcdonald's - St Roch

Service is slow and a ghetto. I would find a different McD.

I do not go to McDonald's for I do not like their food or service

Waited over 30 minutes in line while there was only 2 cars ahead of me for an uber pick up. Extremely slow for a fast food restaurant. The store must be under staffed

Omg the service was horrible, first of all they were horribly slow, second my whole order was messed up and some of the things I ordered were missing. And you would think that’s all, but omg, the employees were so rude, the manager was literally in another world while we were talking to her. Bathrooms, horrid, I look like such a Karen rn but i don’t care I had to say it. Would definitely not recommend going there.

I go to this McDonald's often because I stay in the area. Normally I order on the app, pick it up and be on my way. 2 days ago my kids and I just wanted drinks so I go in to order off kiosk. I asked the young lady at the counter if they had lemonade and she answered yes..I asked since the price shows the same as a hi-c and the kiosk is saying the lemonade is out could I just put a a hi-c instead? She replied no it's not the same price. I said ok I didn't know I'm just reading what it says on the screen. She continues to tell me I'm wrong (which is ok) but offers no solution then turns and says to im guessing was the store manager that I'm trying to get a lemonade for the price of a regular drink and she already told me I couldn't....
