Simply Rumbles Fish - St. Neots

The food was delicious, but I was disappointed to find hair in my meal. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant.

The service was fast, but unfortunately, the food was cold. The salsa had no flavor and was soggy. The chicken fillet burger was not cooked correctly. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. It was a waste of money.

I ordered a meal deal but it was delivered late and part of my order was missing. I called to request the rest of my meal, but when it arrived, the chicken burger was lukewarm and the chips were oily and limp. The chicken wings were undercooked with blood present, which I showed to the delivery person. Upon calling the restaurant, I was told there was no chef on duty and they were busy. Some of the chicken even tasted like dish soap. Overall, a very unpleasant experience and I will not be ordering from here again.

Our food arrived HOURS and mins after the order was confirmed, the chips were cold and rubbery. There was no mention of the Kids meal sausage (or the full size one) being battered on the menu and we were disappointed that there was no Kids fish portion to order, only fishcake. The fish and sausages we had were hot and tasty enough but not better than our more local fish and chip shop. I wouldn't use them again.
