360 Gradi - St Morris
360 Gradi
Description
360 Gradi has undergone some recent changes, and opinions on the food and service are mixed. While some customers found the pizza to be lacking compared to previous visits, others praised the delicious risotto and generous serving sizes. The staff received both criticism and praise, with some noting issues with order accuracy and sneaky charges, while others highlighted the friendly and accommodating service. Despite varying experiences, the wood oven pizzas were a standout for many, with fresh ingredients and traditional flavors. The restaurant has a new, larger location with a great atmosphere, and while there were some service hiccups, the overall consensus seems to be positive regarding the food quality and value for money. It is recommended to try the pizza bread with rosemary and the gnocchi, and BYO wine is encouraged to enhance the dining experience.

Cold pizza, waitress require basic food hygiene and customer service training. Substitute ingredients with cheaper ones.
Obviously changed ownership, waiting staff inexperienced, food not authentic, been several times b4 great, but not anymore. Won’t go again.
We have been to this restaurant numerous times and never regret before. Until recently, the food quality has dropped drametically and 3 of our pizzas were overvcooked and chewy. Our parties agreed on one thing that Domino Pizza has better quality and greater value than this place.
We have been to this restaurant multiple time in the past. Food and service was always exceptional. This time, however, we have noticed that quality of food had gone down. It’s a shame, as we have enjoyed our family meals there for years.
We have been there many times before. They have changed ownership and, while the staff was attentive, there were some sneaky charges added to our bill. We were charged $12 for tap water and there was a surcharge for using a credit card. Three of the main courses were nice and the serves were generous but the fourth, which was a vegetarian pasta, tasted odd. We were not offered Parmesan cheese. The desserts and coffees were quite expensive in comparison to the main courses.
