While I was in line waiting to place my order, the girl glanced at me and then walked away. At least her coworker was polite.

I always get the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich (with added spinach, avocado, and garlic aioli), and they make it absolutely perfect every time! It's worth every penny and really brightens my day to enjoy such delicious food that’s clearly made with care. A big shoutout to the person making the sandwiches at this Panera location on Telegraph Rd! I truly appreciate you!

Unfortunately they cannot get delivery of my orders correct even though I am two blocks away. No issues with the food I do receive but the delivery contracted through Doordash is hit or miss. Mostly Miss as they are constantly bringing me incompleteorders. I call they offer a credit for the missing items and I wait a few months and try again only to have the same issueoccurring. I tell them they need to change their delivery process but clearly that falls on deaf ears. You would have betterluck foraging in your yard for breakfast than using their delivery service. Again no issues with in person visits when I amable.

I just ordered a chicken Caesar salad for $13, but it mainly consisted of yellow and white lettuce. The chicken was good, and the hard-boiled egg was decent.

Every time I go, this location is out of romaine lettuce and tomatoes. There is a grocery store right down the sidewalk so there should be no excuse. The first time it happened, I thought ok. It's a one off. But this location consistently has this shortage .
