On Sunday brunch, we arrived shortly after they opened and were seated right away. The food was once again perfect, with both of us enjoying the chicken and waffles. The chicken was fresh, flavorful, and juicy. The mimosas were also a hit! The atmosphere at brunch was lively but not rushed. Cute restaurant that would be nice for a date or outing with friends. I went for dinner, and I thought it was okay. Be ready to pay $10 or more for a drink. I got the salmon for dinner, and it was tasty. However, the price was high for the quantity of food you get. Our server was nice and personable but forgetful. I am hesitant to share this review because this restaurant is a favorite spot for me and my family in the neighborhood. However, my friend and I experienced a frustrating situation during our visit on 7/5/24. We were told by the hostess to wait for 1 minute to be seated, but ended up waiting for 10 minutes. When we approached a waitress for help, we were informed that only the hostess could seat us. After requesting assistance from the waitress, we were eventually seated in the back near the restroom, despite there being plenty of available seating elsewhere in the restaurant. Disappointed by this experience, we decided to dine elsewhere. Hopefully, the staff can benefit from additional training to prevent similar incidents in the future.

We were excited to dine at this restaurant, but ultimately left feeling disappointed. We ordered a medium steak, but it was served extremely overcooked. Our child became impatient as we waited for the server, so we began eating the steak even though it was not cooked to our liking. When the server finally came to check on us, we showed her the overcooked steak. She seemed unsure of what to do and did not address the issue properly. We ended up telling her it was fine because we could not wait any longer. The mac and cheese we ordered for our daughter was also disappointing, as it was overly greasy. We paid full price for a dry steak and oily mac and cheese, and do not plan on returning to this restaurant. It was a letdown that they did not handle the mistake better.
We had a delicious round of drinks at Crafted. The service was top notch and super friendly. Cannot wait to return for a full meal to try their food offerings. Would recommend the Ambrosia Attire Spritz Outta Compton cocktails; both were delicious and refreshing! Parking: Free street parking
