I look at all the ricardo shows and I learn so much. I always thought I was rotten as a cook. Since I've been ricardo's advice, everything's good. Even if I keep some recipes I had, I modify them in the preparation or cooking as I learned and it really makes a difference. Keep teaching us in the kitchen. I love it.
