I want to give a big shout-out to the Southbelt McDonald's! The staff were not only sweet and friendly, but they also brought my food to my table and even surprised my little girl with a free toy. It was such a joy to see that my old favorite spot hasn't changed at all—the same booths and tables are still there. It provided me with the nostalgia I needed today. Thank you, Southbelt McDonald's! The prices for their frozen foods are absurdly high, especially considering the portions are so small! The service was also terrible. When I approached to place my order, the menu was not visible. The prices for their frozen foods are absurdly high, especially considering the portions are so small! The service was also terrible. When I approached to place my order, the menu was not visible. I asked to see it, and the woman became rude, claiming she had no control over the menu. Instead, she asked what I wanted to drink, stating we have Coke products, and then started listing options without addressing my request for a menu. When I ordered something, she snapped, asking if I was going to order everything. I explained that I couldn't see the menu, so I didn't know what was available. She began yelling, accusing me of being rude. What was I supposed to do when I couldn't see what I was ordering? They need to ensure the menu is visible at all times.
The food we ordered for a quick drive-thru meal wasn't fresh at all, and it took us about five minutes to get home. One person in our group received the wrong sandwich, and my son didn't even get his hamburger. I was too exhausted to go back.
The service was outstanding. I know it's not something you typically hear about a McDonald's, but the drive-thru team here was exceptional.

Although the food is fine. The worker’s at this location never fail to summon the cosmic power of the university to fudge up an order of 3 things.
