What A Lese Wilson doesn't like about Auntie Anne's:
I love the Auntie Anne’s in Independence, MO. Unfortunately the Manager/Staff member (older, short haired, dirty blonde) at the Saint Joseph location puts the name to shame. Extremely rude to customers. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait for fresh pretzel dogs, and asked if we could shop and come back in 15 minutes. Becca was very helpful. I enjoyed the heck out of my pretzel 10/10 would pretzel again. I'm still dreaming about that lemonade.
They closed early after helping everyone in line except me. Rude customer service
Good pretzels that are delicious for a fast food place! however the most of the staff are a bit rude.

Would not recommend. Pathetic.
The best place to get hot soft freshly made pretzels. There is always a long line but you don't have to wait a long time.
