read moreWally and Gertz, a popular summer destination, has garnered mixed reviews recently. While some patrons rave about the delicious food and friendly service, others express frustration over unexpected charges and service inconsistencies. Families enjoy kid-friendly snacks, but the high prices for common condiments have left some feeling scammed. Despite the culinary highlights, including favorites like Chicago-style hot dogs and nachos, the experience can be marred by billing discrepancies. As regular visitors weigh their loyalty against rising costs, the restaurant finds itself at a crossroads, balancing charm and enjoyment with customer satisfaction.
