I visited 4/19 at around 3 PM after going to Smoothie King, and the girl working there was incredibly sweet. She was the only employee on duty and was busy making smoothies for a family of six when I arrived, so it took some time for her to take my order. Despite being extremely busy, she handled her large workload with grace and remained very polite. View all feedback.
What Gary B doesn't like about Smoothie King:
I've been a loyal Smoothie King customer since they opened. I live 30 miles away from the nearest one. So I downloaded the rewards app on my phone so everytime I go in I can earn points. I ask the employees if they would add to my point and some do and some don't. Last week I went in and I had over 2,000 points now I only have over 800. I'm no longer a Smoothie King customer because of screwing me on my points. View all feedback.
Showed up around 2030, 30 minutes before they closed. they didn't look very happy, and i told my brother and his friend, that they wouldn't be, when they're getting ready to close and go home for the night. the girls working, were very nice and professional, and did a great job with our orders.
I went in to Smoothie King on 4/19 around 3 pm and the girl working was the sweetest person. She was making smoothies for a family of 6 when I came in and since she was the only employee there it took a little while for her to come take my order. But she had a great attitude, and was super polite despite being very busy!
Horrible customer service!! I have been going since they opened and will not ever go back !!
I love smoothie king on st. Joseph drive, the new young man there now running the store has a wonderful personality, great experience and a beautiful spirit towards everyone coming in the door and out!! We need more young men and women like that in these stores to keep up sales I can honestly say they got my money faithfully
