What Alessia Bauch doesn't like about Bagel Cafe:
This restaurant is very jammed with tables, some too tiny or squeezed in to be comfortable (tight space, upright seating). Interesting decor otherwise. A good varied menu overall. For some reason, when soup and entree were ordered, both were delivered at the same time which...makes no sense unless this was requested by the customer. French Onion soup was served cold. Extra charge for Ceasar salad is not mentioned in... View all feedback. What Jeff Lui likes about Bagel Cafe:
Having seen reviews to this restaurant, I wanted to try the toutons. In my opinion, it was similar to a deep fried dough. It did give a good complimentary texture to the savory bean and crispy bacon. I would rate the presentation 10/10. However, the quality is 8/10. Fruits were fresh and plentiful. The service was great and attentive. read moreThis restaurant seems to have mixed reviews with some customers finding the food quality lacking while others highly recommend it. Dishes like fish and chips, fish cakes, and roaster chicken were praised for being generous and delicious. However, some feel that the service is lacking, with long wait times and uninformed staff. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, highlighted by friendly service and substantial portion sizes. In the end, the Bagel Cafe may be hit or miss depending on the experience, but the overall consensus is that the food is tasty and satisfying.
