Pizza Hut - St. Johns

This Pizza Hut location has consistently been a fantastic place for my pizza. I've ordered from here many times, and they always go above and beyond to ensure everything is correct and ready for pickup on time. The staff is very friendly and welcoming when you arrive.

This restaurant is much better than Papa John's, which always forgets the sauce and drinks with every order and doesn't refund the money! The service here at Pizza Hut is very fast and professional! Thank you!

I usually order online and pick up my pizza in-store, and they’re almost always ready exactly when they say they will be. The closest it’s ever been to late was when they were literally slicing it just as I walked in! However, they have forgotten to add the Hut Favorite seasoning on the crust a few times. I used to double-check my pizzas when I arrived to avoid any disappointment at home, but now they seal the boxes due to COVID, so I guess I’ll have to learn to trust them again. Their prices are lower than local pizza places, but a bit higher than Domino's. That said, I definitely wouldn’t recommend Domino's. The quality just isn’t worth it at that price point! About 50% of the time, my pizzas from Domino's come undercooked. Pizza Hut, on the other hand, has an excellent process to ensure their pizzas are fully cooked.

Terrible pizza. I wanted a pizza like advertised (1st picture) but I received a burnt, thin, piece of cardboard (2nd picture). I gave 2 stars because the curbside pickup was fast and easy and my order was ready on time.

Got a Pizza Hut email today that 's all about their wings AND that they are 25% bigger. WARNING! We ordered the Large traditional bone-in wings recently and they were the smallest wings I 've ever seen. We always order the wings so the size difference was obvious. Just a heads up.
