I noticed employees standing around on their phones, not greeting or attending to customers. My online order was clearly present, but an older woman was preoccupied with her phone and didn't start preparing it until I arrived, which took quite a while.
Ordered 5 donut holes, a coffee and got my son a juice and all 3 items were wrong. I only made a comment about the donuts being wrong and she sort of had an attitude and didn't apologize.
I just left the restaurant with an iced coffee and found an 8-inch hair in my cup that I ended up sucking up through the straw. Absolutely disgusting! The staff really needs to wear hair nets! March 17, 2024.
Workers are extremely rude. i went inside with my friends and the two day workers stared at us for ten minutes before even acknowledging us. the younger employee was LOUDLY talking poorly about her coworkers “audrey and ashley”. very unprofessional people who need to find a different
My mom and I went to this dunkin and the blonde girl at window was so rude to us, we asked for two coffee she messed our order up and had to pay all over again…she didn’t use any manners and just was not polite at all, she also gave dirty looks and talked to her friends and did not pay attention to her customers at all. Awful
