Tradizioni - St. Ives

Tradizioni is an excellent local restaurant that offers gluten-free Italian cuisine. They use Rummo gluten-free pasta, which I consider to be the best, and everything is prepared separately to ensure safety. Most of their pasta sauces are gluten-free, and the salame del papa, a chocolate "salami" dessert, is made offsite to prevent cross-contamination. I highly recommend checking it out!

Fantastic local restaurant with plenty of gluten-free options. A key staff member is knowledgeable about gluten-free needs due to a family member with celiac disease. They even prepared a gluten-free lasagna for our meal the next day with just 24 hours' notice. Unfortunately, gluten-free pizzas are not available yet.

There are now more gluten-free options available than before. The staff is very attentive. In their new menu, you'll find a variety of starters, pasta dishes, steaks, chicken nuggets, and fries (they only cook gluten-free food in the fryer), as well as delicious desserts like profiteroles, pistachio mousse, and chocolate soufflé. They use dedicated pans for the pasta dishes, which made us feel safe!

This is a fantastic little spot! They have gluten-free options available for all the pasta on their menu. The service is very friendly too!
