I recently visited Tropical Smoothie Café on Sunset Boulevard in St. George, UT, and was really disappointed with both the service and the food. I paid around $15, expecting a decent meal, but the food was cold, dry, and flavorless.To make matters worse, the service was appalling. Fantastic management, food, smoothies and a great out of the way location!
I recently visited Topical Smoothie Cafe and had a disappointing experience. The cashier, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, was incredibly impatient and rude. It was clear she was upset that we arrived close to closing time. She handed us our smoothies and aggressively slammed the window shut.To make matters worse, the quality of the smoothies was terrible. We ordered a Paradise Point, but what we received seemed like a banana blended with water; there was no sign of pineapple or strawberry. The peanut butter cup smoothie tasted like cocoa powder mixed with ice chunks. It felt like the employees were doing the bare minimum to try to get out the door by 8 pmConsidering we spent nearly $20 on two smoothies, this experience was very disappointing. I doubt I'll return to Topical Smoothie Cafe. The prices are too high to be treated poorly and served such terrible-tasting drinks.
The woman gave me a death glare and was very rude. can we get a refund or a free menu item for this occurance?
Absolutely fantastic ran location. Consistent, delicious, fresh product every single visit. My smoothie tastes the same every single time. Thank you so so much!!! Your customer service is impeccable. Whoever is in charge here is doing a wonderful job! The crew is always friendly and fast as well. Thank you all very much for being one of the few places in town with consistent service.
