What Brento Mills doesn't like about The Chicken Shack:
I ordered 6 wings and No fries and my wife ordered 6 wings with coleslaw. They bring out our order with fries on both orders and No coleslaw!! I went and told them the order was wrong and we didn't get the coleslaw! They said we would have to pay for the coleslaw if we wanted it! 35 min wait for a 7:20pm order with only 1 order ahead of us. The store is filthy. Nasty sticky floors with garbage all around and limited clean tables, gross bathrooms, dirty windows and front door. And then they were out of their wings and bites, so i ly option was their chicken fingers. Missing your main menu items and the overall filth should have been the warning to not bother.
The manager megan is so nice she’s always so friendly when i come in. definitely my favorite place to eat at!

Megan was so amazing. She was running the place on her own with a busy place and still got us taken care of in a timely manner. Very nice. Food is amazing too! Highly recommend!!
Called in order 15 minutes ago, not ready and they say another 10 minutes or so. Another two ladies waiting already 20 minutes and were told another 10 minutes or so. Not cool!
