Samosa - St. Gallen

Loved this restaurant! I'm Swiss-American and I was looking for authentic Indian food while living in St. Gallen. This is it! The owner is so nice. He spoke English. If you're curious you should ask him about his story of how he came to owning a restaurant in St. Gallen.

The atmosphere here is generally welcoming and you never have to wait long to be offered. Food was effectively presented and I must say i enjoyed the atmosphere. Freshly cooked meals made out of top quality ingredients. You really can taste the food quality, my sister and I were very impressed. I came here for supper with my bro, we were totally happy with the modern food and the costs. We actually want to thank the personnel for making my brother's birthday so special.

Really good authentic indian food. With lunch buffet at weekdays including always some vegan options. Verry friendly staff.

Every lunchtime there are at least two vegan options on the buffet (which is very reasonable about 18CHF) and the owner will also give you soya yoghurt and sometimes cook an extra dish especially! If things are not labeled on the menu then just ask as Ganesh (the owner) is lovely and understands exactly what vegan means.

We enjoyed our meal here. I had no problem getting vegetarian food; the owner asked if I wanted cream in one dish, since he knew I'm a vegetarian. There are multiple vegetarian options. We would definitely go back.
