Guests rave about the flavorful dishes and impressive presentation, complemented by the attentiveness of the staff. However, some patrons have experienced long wait times, which can hinder the overall experience. The atmosphere offers potential, but improvements are needed to enhance ambiance and comfort. While the hotel accommodations vary, they provide a charming blend of vintage style and scenic views. Despite some concerns about aging facilities and limited dining options nearby, the overall sentiment highlights a worthwhile experience with delicious food and welcoming service.
We were for a weekend in one of the chalets on the back of the hotel. incredibly pet-friendly place, everything is for her best friend to stay. finn the black work is the host with most, a real character. the breakfast was beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. a disappointment was that the kitchen was closed (the hotel informed us and gave us local alternatives, but the big one here is that the 4 seasons deserve one of the most beautiful views along the loches. a great experience at a beautiful place when they want to escape the race of the rat and rest one because in nature, that is all.
Hotel pet friendly and location is good. the hotel is dim, dark, expired and tatty. no dinner available and no reasonable price eating in a reasonable distance. chalets are obviously 60 years old. small, non-effective refrigerator and a water cooker are available. water dangerous hot. 60 years old electrons. safety minimal. cleanliness in general superficial. parts of the hotel and the back full of mull.
We have just returned from 3 nights in the four seasons hotel. first, the hotel is located in a stunning location, and we were delighted to be updated on a room with a view of the hole. Unfortunately, the chef had recently gone and sued the owner, could not replace him. this meant that we could only have a continental breakfast in our room and that no dinners were available. we had to drive for 15 minutes to eat somewhere, and that was disappointing, although we managed to eat the other twp evenings before the place. the general sue was very helpful, and we enjoyed our evenings in the bar with the other guests. hopefully, the problem will be solved personally and this will help to stay the four seasons at a great place.
Given 4, but would rather give 4.5 stars if I could. the hotel is located on a stunning location where this hotel was a fantastic place to stop. the staff was very friendly and helpful. we were in one of their chalets (previously visited by the beatles), which was chic and comfortable, it obviously did in a 60s style to the famous mimics. has a couple of skills, but complements the charm. unfortunately there were no options for an evening meal before place, but found a wonderful place 5 minutes to foot near. dated, and in the necessary updating, but otherwise a large place. the breakfast was continental and had a great choice to eat. dog again kind and was nice to see the owner dog at the reception at the arrival. there are many places to foot their dog and the lookout is stunning. thanks for a nice stay.
Two girls at front of house were excellent and friendly. Only one chef which clearly wasn’t enough. Very very too quiet restaurant frightened to talk. Food average at best and please don’t charge London prices unless your are going to deliver London quality. Decor tired but this could have been excellent. Even the bill was handwritten. Some things best left in the past (but so should your prices unless you up the game). Cold and unfriendly saved by the front of house two. If not for front of house this would have been a one or no star.
