Firstly, the gravy was terrible - it was watery and had black bits in it.

Whether it's hot or warm fries, hot or warm chicken, well-served or not, they just fill the box and say goodbye to the customer. Not very impressive! Is it a problem with management or lack of care from the kitchen staff?
